APJ Builders Ltd are Property Renovation specialists and here you will see one of our recently completed total property renovations.

The Project – APJ was asked to transform this house by modernising the entire property from top to bottom.
Building Work – We were asked to fit a new roof, add an extension and a balcony at the rear to create more living space for the owners.
Solar Panels – For energy efficiency solar panels were fitted to the roof.
Kitchen, Bathroom and Electrical – Followed by complete electrical rewiring, new fitted bathrooms, and a new fitted kitchen.
Bespoke Joinery – our joiners then created a beautiful oak staircase and fitted wardrobes to complete the renovation.
Finishing Touches – Once all the major work had been done APJ took care of the internal & external decoration, including painting and finishes.
